Emily had her first Daisy Girl Scout event today, a Tea Party with the Brownie Scouts.  She had a great time making crafts, eating cookies and drinking tea (apple juice) with her new friends!

I picked up her new Daisy Girl Scout uniform today and got all of her patches ironed on.  When did they go to iron on patches?  I remember Mom sewing them all on when I was a Girl Scout!

All dolled up for the Father/Daughter Ball - there are no words to describe her excitement!  I took her out to get her hair styled in a fancy updo, complete with crown and she even got a manicure with glitter and rhinestones!

The 100th day of school is coming up next week and her teacher has asked them to make a collection of 100 "something" and glue them to the board.  So, we got some little pom poms, wrote the number 100 and glued the rest around!  She had so much fun with this!

The kids got a gift card to one of our favorite stores for their birthdays and after HOURS of being bored out of their minds at the eyeglass shop, we decided they needed a little treat, so we took them shopping!
